Mass Effect 2 Overlord DLC Available Today

Amid the spectacle and fanfare of E3, Bioware almost managed to sneak one past me.  The newest chapter of Mass Effect 2 DLC, titled Overlord, made its way to Xbox Live today. 

The Overlord DLC takes Shepard and the crew to a Cerberus base that has gone radio silent.  Upon investigation Shepard is made aware that the base's human / synthetic prototype AI has gone rampant.  To make matters worse, a throng of Geth have infiltrated the base.  It's up to Shepard and the rest of the Normandy crew to shut down the rampant AI before it can beam itself offword.

The downloadable content offers up 5 exciting new levels filled with combat and even some Hammerhead action.  In addition, 2 new achievements will be included.  The Overlord DLC will set you back 560 MS Points.
