Sniper Elite Coming to Wii

Have I mentioned that I habitually buy anything with Sniper in the title.  If it has a scope and people with heads, I'm lining up.  That's why the news of Sniper Elite coming to the Wii has me stoked.  I'll admit, I'm not a big Wii fan.  Considering online multi-player on Wii is more arduous than a trip to the DMV, I can't say I'm too excited to play it online.  However, the thought of lining up my scope (zapper in hand) to some noob's skull has me giddy. 

While the game doesn't appear to be much better graphically than the Xbox and PS2 counterpart, the motion control aspect is intriquing. 

The Wii version will include an additional level titled "Flak Tower" which pits players in a fortress battleground, tasked to take out an enemy flak tower that has been bombarding allied air support.  The game is scheduled for release 2nd quarter 2010, so be on the watch this summer.
